Body found in Hillsborough County canal

TAMPA- The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the discovery of a body in a canal.

Two homeless men were walking near the Bypass Canal when they found the body floating near the bridge.

Tampa Police responded and recovered the body, and the Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating.

Deputies say the victim appears to be a homeless person that frequents the area. No foul play is suspected.

The investigation continues…

Thanks for pointing that out, I had to chuckle at myself. I’ve seen some vicious chickens though…
