SEMINOLE-A Pinellas County Deputy and two civilians were injured in a crash in Seminole.

34-year-old Deputy Jason Schein was attempting to pull over a traffic violator at Seminole Boulevard and 70th Avenue Friday afternoon.

As he made a u-turn with lights and siren activated, his unmarked cruiser was struck on the passenger side by a 2000 Chevy Malibu.

81-year-old Lois Roth Hathaway and her passenger, 92-year-old Fred Coticchio were transported to Largo Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries.

Deputy Schein was also transported to Largo Medical for non-life threatening injuries.
